Congratulations on your engagement! Here is our step by step guide on our process from booking to ensuring all of the details are planned for your Wedding Day, we can't wait to be a part of it!

Step 1

Submit Contact Form


Please submit our contact form on our web site home page, requesting the date of your wedding.  If we have that date available, we would love to work with you! Please click the image to take you to the link.

Step 2

Review Pricing


Once we reply to your contact form & if we have the date available, we'd love to answer any questions you may have. We can do that via email, social media or phone call. Our pricing for 2 photographers for 8-10 hours of coverage is:

$3000 for 2026 & $3500 for 2027. We also offer $100 off sessions for engagement photos. Please click the image to take you to our investments page where additional details are outlined.

Step 3

Request to Book & Confirm Booking Appointment email




If you would like to book the date just let us know by replying to your contact form email, and we will send you a booking appointment email for you to confirm. There will be instructions on how you can pay the $500 non-refundable deposit to save the date & the remaining balance will be due on your wedding day.

Step 4

Review & Sign Contract



After you confirm your booking email, apx a week later we will send you an email with the link to our contract to review/sign.

Step 5

Complete Wedding Photo Questionnaire


We will email you a wedding photo questionnaire a few months before your wedding. The questionnaire does not need to be completed until 1-2 months before your wedding day. This is where we will gather details to create a wedding photo timeline & checklist to have finalized a week before your wedding.

Step 6

Confirm 30 Minute

Phone Meeting


We will schedule a 30 minute phone call meeting for apx. 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding day & this is where we get to learn more about you & your fiancé :) We will go over your questionnaire & finalize all the details to create a timeline for your special day.

Step 7

Confirm Wedding Photo Schedule/Timeline


Apx 1-2 weeks before your wedding, we will send you a copy of your Wedding Photography timeline to look over, and request any changes. After we create the perfect timeline, we will send you the official copy!

Step 8

Your Wedding Day &

Photo Delivery


We can't wait to be a part of your Wedding Day! Once everything is planned out, it is optional for you to text Sydnie inspirational pictures if you have any. You can always text Sydnie any questions or final updates: 608-769-2097. Final payment can be made that day (or before if you prefer). Your edited photo gallery will be delivered to you via an email link up to 12 weeks after your Wedding day!
